For our customers based in the USA, all orders ship Duties Paid (DDP) with DHL Express: no import fees, no surprises, just fast delivery straight to your door.
For our customers based in the United Kingdom, orders ship with DHL Express at reduced shipping rates. Import VAT and a small customs handling fee are not included in your order total: DHL will contact you before delivery with a secure payment link to settle them. This arrangement works out cheaper overall than prepaid duties, which is why we chose it.
For our customers based in Canada, you should expect to pay import duties on your order, collected on delivery by Canada Post. These charges are set by Canadian customs and are not included in your order total.
Not every order is affected. Some parcels arrive duty free while others are charged, and this appears to come down to border processing and the specific region you live in within Canada.
