All U.S. orders ship Duties Paid (DDP) with DHL Express. We absorb the duties and handle all the paperwork behind the scenes. Your gear arrives fast, with no import fees, no surprise charges, and nothing to pay at the door.

Any price movement you see online mostly comes from currency fluctuations between the dollar and the euro — that part's out of our hands 😉.

And we're not stopping there: our mid-term plan is to set up Longride logistics directly on U.S. soil, handled by American people and shipped through local carriers. Once our U.S. base is live, returns and exchanges will become even easier and faster. For now, your orders still ship from our headquarters in Belgium — fully duties paid, door to door.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — a new, cheaper way to get your gear

We trialled prepaying all UK import fees ourselves. Then we ran the numbers — and found a better deal for you.

From now on, UK orders ship with reduced shipping rates, and you settle the import VAT plus a small customs handling fee directly with the carrier before delivery. Prepaying those fees on our side meant building extra costs into every order. Letting the carrier collect them cuts out that overhead — so your total cost ends up lower.

How it works:

1. Order as usual — you'll see the lower UK shipping rates at checkout.
2. Shortly before delivery, the carrier contacts you with a secure payment link for the VAT and a small handling fee.
3. Pay online in a couple of clicks — carriers process thousands of UK parcels this way every single day. It's a smooth, well-trodden routine.
4. Your gear arrives at your door.

No forms, no queues, no surprises — just one payment request from the carrier before your parcel arrives.
